It’s official!! As if 800 positive pregnancy tests before this didn’t make it official!!
We have the baby’s first picture; essentially our “circle in a circle”. Doc says heartbeat is normal. We didn’t get to hear it but we could see it!! We are 6 weeks and 1 day along; which will make the due date 4-21-10.
I must say it was quite awesome to see the heartbeat even though I was in a fairly comprimising position!
We have completed painting the baby room (thank you, Rob and Jenny), and pictures will be coming. We went with a pale yellow and green for the walls, and are trying to determine how to incorporate ABC’s and 123′s on the walls in primary colors.
The bedding is a nuetral theme; ABC’s and 123′s!! 
Hello everyone, and thank you for dropping by. Thomas and I are undoubtedly embarking on the most unexpected, challenging, and beneficial road of our married lives together.
We’re pregnant.
Who knew that short sentence could mean so much change for two people’s existence. (I know that all of the parents are reading this, and laughing) At any rate we’re creating this blog to keep everyone updated as the date gets closer, and I get bigger. Currently everything is going great we’re starting to make arrangements to change the “man” room into the baby room. (sorry, Thomas!)
We are approximately 5 – 6 weeks along, and our next doctor’s appointment is 8/27. At this point we should be able to nail down a due date, and get the baby’s first picture. I will scan the sonogram picture in so you can all see our circle in a circle! For now … I’m out!
